Tattoo services are available to:

Minors only when permitted under applicable Florida law and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid identification.
All clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID before receiving tattoo services.
We reserve the right to refuse service if age or identity cannot be verified.
Appointments may require a deposit to secure the selected date and time.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-transferable to another person.
Appointment requests are not confirmed until accepted by Secret Ink Tattoo Studio.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
If you cancel your appointment, any deposit paid is generally non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
Clients who fail to appear may forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit or the full service amount before booking future appointments.
Clients arriving significantly late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on the artist’s availability.
Late arrivals may result in reduced tattoo time, rescheduling, or forfeiture of the deposit.
Consultations are provided free of charge.
Any pricing discussed during a consultation is an estimate only.
Final pricing may change based on factors including:
Design complexity
Tattoo size
Placement
Color requirements
Time required
Additional client requests
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
Tattoo services are custom artistic services.
Accordingly:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Completed tattoo services are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued due to changes of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Any concerns regarding your tattoo should be discussed directly with the artist.
Secret Ink Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse or postpone tattoo services if, in our professional judgment, tattooing would be unsafe.
This includes, but is not limited to, clients who:
Are pregnant.
Are under the influence of alcohol.
Appear to be under the influence of drugs.
Have contagious skin conditions.
Have open wounds or infections.
Have medical conditions that may interfere with safe tattooing.
Fail to disclose relevant medical information.
Our artists may request that clients obtain medical clearance before proceeding with a tattoo.
By receiving tattoo services, you acknowledge that:
Tattooing involves permanent changes to the skin.
Healing results vary from person to person.
Final appearance cannot be guaranteed.
Individual skin type may affect healed results.
Proper aftercare is essential.
Clients agree to carefully follow all aftercare instructions provided by Secret Ink Tattoo Studio.
We are not responsible for healing issues or complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or improper care after leaving the studio.
Touch-ups are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any future touch-up work may incur additional charges.
